A dependable handle at a reasonable price, heavier than wood this steel handle is make of 1" schedule 40 stock. This is the Western Pattern developed for the roofing markets of California and the Western United States. Made with and 11 gauge steel plate, measuring 3" x 9 1/2" formed to the back of the spade. This heel has no bends and creates no lift.
