Model SP158A is a freeze protection bleed valve recommended for areas that experience occasional "snap freezes". Automatic thermal actuator bleed valve fully opens when internal water temperature drops below 35°F (1.66°C), and fully closes at 45°F (7.22°C). 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet.
