J-75 (Brushable) & J-89 (Pumpable) Drill Steel Lubricants are environmentally preferred, lead-free compounds specifically designed for percussion drilling. Both formulations are highly fortified to provide excellent resistance to shock, galling and seizing. Their anti-friction properties are unsurpassed while providing easy thread assembly and disassembly. Under makeup pressure, both J-75 and J-89 literally "plate" and form a tenacious armored coating that eliminates metal-to-metal contact while penetrating voids, surface imperfections, and score marks to increase thread life on steel bits, joints, and couplings.
